We had a boss time! The breakfast was a real treat with a wide variety of tasty food. Staff were dead sound, always ready to help. Only downside was the noisy neighbours after 2 am, made it hard to sleep, la!

Had a lovely stay with heaps of friendly staff, but the missing valuables were a major bummer. Could've done with better room maintenance, too.

Some furniture and appliances need upgrading!!! Shower cleanliness was lacking!!! The lobby carpet feels outdated!!! Power issues disrupted my stay!!! A more thorough room cleaning would be appreciated!!!

great service , but needs better amenities
The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making every effort to ensure our comfort. Our Executive Suite offered a stunning sea view that truly enhanced our stay. The great convenience of having both a Woolworths and a Clicks at the entrance was a fantastic touch for any forgotten essentials.
Some amenities, like towels and bath products, could use an update.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed the spacious room and the stunning view while visiting Table Mountain and the V&A Waterfront. The breakfast options were decent and the service was friendly. I recommend checking out the nearby shopping for essentials.
We faced issues with the room card not working consistently, which was a hassle. It could be better managed.

Super friendly staff who really make ya feel at home! The room was spick and span, and I loved the in-room breakfast. Gotta say, the restaurant serves some bomb food that I can’t stop raving about.
A little updating on the towels and bath amenities would really elevate the experience.

Not quite luxury
The hotel has a nice vibe and the views are absolutely stunning! We couldn’t sleep well because our windows wouldn't shut during a storm, which sucked. The staff were friendly, but reception was a bit unhelpful. The in-room breakfast was yummy, though! Just wish the room standards matched the overall look of the place.
